The Management Institute for National Development (MIND) invites tenders from suitably qualified security contractors to provide security services for a period of three (3) years at the following locations:

Mandeville Campus 5 Perth Road, Mandeville, Manchester

Eligibility Criteria
1. Proof of Registration with Private Securities Regulation Authority (PSRA)
2. Copy of National Contracts Commission (NCC) Registration under the Category Safety & Security Services
3. Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
4. Audited Financial Statements for the last three (3) years
5. Proof of liability Insurance (Covering Security Officers)

Collection of Bidding Documents
As of Monday, January, 23, 2017 between the hours 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. each work day at the Kingston Campus. Cost – J$3,000.00 payable by cash or by Manager's Cheque payable to Management Institute for National Development. This payment is non refundable.

The bidders will not be able to participate in the bidding process if the bidding documents are not purchased directly from MIND and such responses will be considered as ineligible/non-responsive.
