Innovation is elusive because it challenges us to go beyond what exists. Innovation comes from fresh insight and the ability to piece together new
value propositions. It is grounded in customer insight, nurtured by divergent teams and thinking, and unfolds through focused experimentation..

Powerful Relationships, the Foundation for our Accomplishments.
To effect change or have an impact in our organizations, we typically go to work on altering the circumstances, or the people around us. Change is essentially a comparison to something that previously existed. Transformation is an act of bringing forth, creating and inventing. In this workshop we will engage with the distinction of transformation versus change and participants will take on being the architects of the culture. You will participate in an interactive session which will help you to determine:
How can you influence organizational culture?
How can you access effectiveness in relating to others?
How do you find confidence or provide it for others?
How do you make choices to pursue what is really important to you and to the organization?
How do you live life fully?
Facilitator: Ginette Morel Ginette Morel is a management consultant and professional coach who works with the top managers of many Fortune 500 corporations.
